Every aspect of running and managing our business is set out in a comprehensive set of Policy documents. These Policies ensure that we meet the statutory requirements for running a Nursing Agency, and cover all aspects of staffing, managing, and working closely with our clients, and the preservation of health and safety standards where appropriate. All of our Policies are regularly reviewed to ensure that they are kept up-to-date. Our master Policy Manual is held at our offices and are made available upon request.

It is essential that our clients have full confidence in the qualityand integrity of both Temporary and permanent staff. Our registration process involves a rigorous scrutiny of each Nurse, ensuring only the most qualified and competent Nurses are registered. Our dedicated Quality Management team work closely with external organisations such as PASA and CSCI to ensure total compliance with UK legislation. Our procedures have been developed to incorporate the guidelines laid down in the Care Standards Acts 2000 and Nursing Agency Standards. We also operate a structured complaints procedure should any of our Clients identify an incident that requires investigation. To maintain high levels of candidates compliance and continued professional development we provide all our Nurses and internal employees with comprehensive training packages, delivered through our internal training department.
In addition to our own Self-Assessments we also receive regular inspections from the local offices of the Care Standards Commission and ISO 9001 (Quality Authority) to ensure that we are operating as we should. Copies of the latest announced and unannounced inspection reports are made available upon request.

We offer a true 24-hour service, 365 days a year. All calls to our local branches are re-directed to our 24-hour call centre outside of office hours, which is staffed around the clock. Once there, our sophisticated computer systems are able to access the Client & Staff information of all branches ensuring you receive the best quality service.
You want a person who understands your needs and the type of staff you require. Every Delta Nurses branch has a dedicated account manager for Clients to ensure there is a single point of contact for all your needs.
Managing the cost of using temporary staff can be a time-consuming business. We have in place a system of management reports that will illustrate your usage of Delta Nurses on a Weekly or monthly basis.
The quality of our service to clients is backed by a simple and unique guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with the member of staff we have sent you, we will replace them immediately free of charge.
Our charge rates are fully inclusive, and include extras such as Employers NIC, agency commission, and VAT where applicable.
